The Dresden Restaurant & Lounge

Lofty rambles create the sense of limited seating without completely disguising a commodious dining room, and dim lighting over stark contrasts creates an intimacy of islands. The decor is that of another era without using overstatement to awe the untrained eye. Calamari was par for the course, though the marinara was noteworthy. Cauliflower stuffed bell peppers were seared without damaging the crisp texture, as was the mozzarella browned but not burnt. The cauliflower served as a texture appropriate meat substitute, such that I did not feel as if I were eating food other than traditional Italian. Did I mention that the marinara is amazing?
