Heritage Restaurant and Cocktail Bar

The boss is the most impolite, unpleasent, rudest… person I ever me Para la que habla español, de un sitio en pleno centro de Londres se debería esperar más educación y respeto al cliente, una vergüenza el trato, la forma de hablar totalmente inapropiada, intentaron cobrarnos de más y de estúpidos acabaron cobrando de menos. No vayáis si queréis que os traten bien. Intentaron vacilarnos para no devolvernos nuestro dinero. Cero recomendado y un trato de muy mal gusto. A los que trabajáis ahí espero que tengáis que traducir esto y que os de vergüenza leerlo.

We had an outstanding experience at the heritage London! The customer service is outstanding, we have been very well looked after and they have been very accommodating with my gluten intolerance. We had the Alpine Brunch, very good value for money. 10 out of 10 recommend! See you again

I went there on Sunday with friends and we all loved it. We were sitting outside as it was nice and worm and started eating there. When the evening got a bit colder, we asked to go inside. The manager of the restaurant, moved us inside immediately without any problem. Everybody was absolutely lovely, and took great care of us. The food was amazing and so yummy. We took the fondu and some starters to share between us before the main course and the whole ambiance was exactly like if we were having diner after skiing for the day between friends, laughing and joking while eating great food. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

We ate here last night for my birthday as a last minute booking. The staff were amazing, so attentive and friendly and even surprised me some ice cream and a sparkler and sang happy birthday to me!! This was purely because my friend mentioned it was my birthday on arrival which I think is so lovely and thoughtful. We had the lobster croquettes to start which were delicious and some gorgeous cheese fondue! We were really impressed and I would recommend Heritage to anyone :)

El cocktail estuvo bueno. La hamburguesa de wagyu buena pero no excelente. Para un español del Sur los precios son excesivos.
