Hawaiian Aroma Caffe Ohana East

Visiting for our honeymoon from Houston Tx and both I and my husband loved this cute place. Breakfast was really good! By far the best spot we’ve been to. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends. Not hard to find but can easily be missed since it’s an upstairs shop and the door is next to another business. They do put a sign out on the street walkway. 4 stars because they charge $27 for a bag of their ground coffee!!! I think that’s outrageous!!

The food was alright, not really any better then a standard franchise. Now as someone who worked in restaurants I have some concerns. First, I watched the waitress give someone the wrong drink. The customer touched the drink, acknowledged it was the wrong drink and brought it to the waitress. The waitress proceeded to take the drink and hand it to someone else. Second when our food arrived, the egg on my husbands sandwich was ice cold. And I am talking came out of the refrigerator cold. He walked up to the counter, explained his concern, and the took his food back. They then came back with the same sandwich after they microwaved it. Now one thing most people understand is that if food isnt kept above or below a certain temperature bacteria grows, and that is extremely concerning to me. For $50+ definitely not worth it.

Espacio realmente lindo! Desayunamos aquí dos veces: el gofre de guayaba y el batido de acai son geniales. La tostada francesa estaba bien, pero nada especial. El servicio es un poco lento y los precios son bastante elevados. ¡Recomendado en general por el ambiente y los gofres de guayaba!

Me encanta!! La limpieza del restaurante, la atención de las personas que allí trabajan, la comida es deliciosa y muy bien presentada.

Muy rico, el lugar, la decoración es agradable, aunque hace mucho calor y el día q lo visite tenían unas ventanas enormes pero desafortunadamente las tenían cerradas y no llovía, así q no entendí porque tenerlas cerradas
