NEAPOLITAN Pizza & Bar - Lime street

Do not recommend! 1 * for food only. Tried to book in advance no reply to message and telephone number too full to accept calls or messages but took a chance and turned up. Was seated right away and ordered drinks then ordered so glad we ordered food when drinks were served - and thats where it stopped being good. Food delicious but service was terrible no one came to check food was ok and to requirements and when i looked around i saw lots of tables that had empty dishes and rubbish not being cleared. Once our meal was finished waited 30 minutes to get a servers attention to ask for the dessert menu which was brought over but our finished dishes weren’t cleared waited another 20 minutes before i have up on ordering desserts and decided to leave. Managed to grab someone to ask for a to go box for left over pizza and the bill. All the while this is going on i was looking at the 4 servers who appeared to be hanging around the bar talking or drinking only moving to serve food from kitchen. Don’t think i’ll be going back in a hurry shame really food was lovely just the service let it down so much doesn’t seem to be managed at all!

I found it on tik tok!! And We were served by Fabiana and a girl with long brown hair was not sure of her name but all staff were so lovely and friendly and the food was 1010, came so quick as well 🩷

Visited recently, last week in the evening. Lovely place, attentive staff and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again on our next visit to Liverpool.

Have visited this restaurant several times for pre-theatre food. Service is great, really friendly and the penne arrabbiata is gorgeous. Prices are good too.

We return to Neapolitan Pizza and Bar And again wasnt disappointed We had beautiful pizzas,drinks and cocktails The service was excellent by all but especially a Lady with blonde hair toilets nice and clean and decor great

The best Italian food weve ever had. They had excellent Vegan options available, my daughter had the Vegan truffle pizza which she said was the best pizza she ever had. Lovely warm and friendly staff( Fabiana was very helpful and friendly person ) The quality of the food was unreal.!

We came to the restaurant for a family meal. The restaurant is very nicely decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. Our server, Megan, was very friendly, welcoming us and taking our orders. We asked for recommendations which were perfect, she clearly knows her stuff. The food was delightful, with very good portions, so much so, that we were able to take the uneaten food home. We would highly recommend this restaurant and looking forward to a return visit.

Comida y bebidas increíbles, el servicio es maravilloso y aún mejor poder ver cómo se preparan las pizzas. Se suma a la autenticidad del ambiente muy relajado. Definitivamente lo recomendaría para una excelente comida y un momento encantador.

Reservé una mesa por teléfono para la misma tarde (hoy). Mi pareja y mi hija llegaron primero y las llevaron a la mesa, pero no les ofrecieron una bebida. Mi hijo y yo llegamos 15 minutos después. Después de otros 20 minutos, finalmente tomaron nuestro pedido de bebidas. Esperamos durante una hora entera antes de que tomaran nuestro pedido de comida, y este fue claramente el caso con otros clientes que se sentaron esperando al menos durante este tiempo. Nuestra comida no llegó durante al menos otros 30 minutos, tiempo durante el cual el servidor vino a nuestra mesa varias veces preguntándonos si habíamos terminado, etc. a pesar de que no habíamos recibido comida. Parecía que se había perdido la comunicación entre el frente y la parte trasera de la casa y nuestro servidor parecía olvidar quién era cada mesa y no era un servicio completo en ese momento. Cuando finalmente llegó la comida, faltaban algunos artículos (uno era una pizza entera). Nos dieron un tazón de papas fritas complementario y los artículos que faltaban se eliminaron de nuestra factura. Pedimos 3 helados individuales que luego llegaron todos en un tazón, así que tuvimos que rehacerlos. La comida estuvo bien, pero la experiencia fue realmente mala teniendo en cuenta que llegamos tarde para almorzar y terminamos sin comer hasta la cena. Lucharíamos para justificar el regreso, lo cual es una verdadera lástima ya que la comida era buena, pero tomó tanto tiempo ordenar y comer que contemplamos

Entornos fantásticos, excelente comida, personal amable y precios justos. Definitivamente regresaré. Normalmente no dejo comentarios, pero estoy feliz de hacerlo, ya que todos tuvimos una gran experiencia.
